Spinout Fitness

The world's first water bike experience launched in the San Francisco Bay.  Spinout had a reservation system, but didn't have tools in place to reach out to customers, measure engagement, or to run social ads.  We identified the additional tools needed to create a fully integrated reservation and marketing system.
Task

A communication strategy, system & tools were needed to increase brand awareness and create customer loyalty.
